Punctuality and flexibility for overtime/occasional shift coverage required—stay engaged in safety meetings and pitch in on other projects.
What You'll Do:
Champion safe work every day—follow and coach lockout/tagout (LOTO).
Spot issues early and decide when to pull equipment for repair to minimize downtime.

Requisition and track parts and materials, so teams have what they need.
Act quickly on safety warnings and signals; take corrective action.
Keep operations connected by communicating across shifts and documenting in Maintenance and Production logbooks.
Maintain a clean, organized maintenance area; store tools and supplies before breaks and at shift end.
Be dependable: arrive on time, work required hours including mandatory overtime and occasionally cover other shifts.
Stay current on plant and safety updates; participate in meetings and trainings.
Pitch in on other duties and projects as needed.
Drive the highest levels of employee retention and engagement to ensure a sustainable workforce.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the organization.
